Southwest General Contractors employs over fifteen (15) highly qualified Superintendents, capable of managing various types of commercial construction projects. Our Superintendents are our “Expert Builders”, and average over 30 years of experience each in the construction industry. They manage crews in general commercial construction including sitework, site utilities, concrete, building frame/erection, finishes, mechanical systems, and electrical systems. Our Superintendents coordinate schedules to facilitate our client’s occupancy of the structure they are building, and do so with a deliberate approach to finishing a project on-time, and in budget, while also paying close attention to details. Each Superintendent has thorough knowledge in carpentry through “hands-on” training, and are members of the Local 665 Carpenter’s Union, carrying the Journeyman Carpenter Classification. Each Superintendent has CPR/First Aid Training, certified by the American Red Cross, as well as OSHA 10/30 Certification.
